We are seeking an experienced call center professional to join our client's team in their customer service department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, with a specific focus on retirement products and services.
As a Call Center Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our client's call center, providing leadership to a team of customer service representatives.

$55,000-60,000/yearSchedule:
Monday - Friday 11:
30am - 8pm (1 Saturday shift per month, 9am - 2pm)Environment:

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of customer service representatives within the Retirement Department.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and best practices.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee the training of new team members, ensuring a thorough understanding of retirement products, policies, and procedures.
Conduct ongoing coaching and development sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and high-quality customer service standards.
Provide constructive feedback and implement improvement plans as needed.
Address and resolve customer escalations, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
